Will Burgos is an associate attorney on Freeman & Fuson’s civil litigation team. His practice covers breach of contract, landlord-tenant disputes, negligence, and fraud.
Will called Freeman & Fuson while he was in law school to ask about job openings, and that call led to a place on the team. Everyone at the firm was welcoming, and he could tell they wanted him to learn and grow while making a difference in people’s lives. He joined the firm as a law clerk on the civil team and was licensed in Tennessee in 2026. He also worked at civil and criminal law firms in Texas, Kentucky, and Tennessee during college and law school.
Will grew up in Fort Worth, Texas. He earned his B.S. in Criminal Justice and International Relations from Texas Christian University, graduating cum laude, and his J.D. from the University of Louisville Louis D. Brandeis School of Law, graduating magna cum laude.
Will has been to 17 countries and loves trying new food and getting to know new cultures. He is a huge TCU football fan, cheers for the Dallas Cowboys, and follows soccer.
