CHLOE DUNCAN
Paralegal
Chloe Duncan is paralegal to Joey Fuson on Freeman & Fuson’s criminal defense team, originally from Fort Worth, Texas, and now living in Lafayette, Tennessee. While studying at Western Kentucky University, she interned for a family law attorney and served as a youth advocate for children in the juvenile justice system, and those experiences left her with the sense that no matter the practice area, the work comes down to family and helping people through some of the most important moments of their lives.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology, with a concentration in Pre-Law, from Western Kentucky University in 2025, along with a Certificate in Professional Paralegal Studies from the same program. Ask her about the team she works with, and she will tell you she landed somewhere rare, a workplace where the people around her have built a genuinely supportive, lighthearted culture for staff and clients alike.
Outside the office, Chloe spends her free time thrift shopping for unique finds, hiking to waterfalls, and trying new restaurants and coffee shops. She is currently a few loaves into a sourdough baking project, and when she is not outdoors chasing sunshine, she can usually be found with a good book or spending time with family and friends.
