Ruthie Trammell, Esq.Staff Attorney
Ruthie Trammell grew up here in Nashville, Tennessee. She studied English Literature at Sewanee University and received a bachelor’s degree from Sewanee in 2012.
After graduating from Sewanee, Ruthie taught English to English language learners near Barcelona, Spain, before attending the University of Tennessee College of Law.
At the University of Tennessee, Ruthie participated in the Domestic Violence Clinic and the Public Defender’s Externship program. She interned for the District Attorney’s office here in Davidson County, and clerked for several different law firms in Knoxville, Tennessee.
After law school, Ruthie returned to her home town of Nashville and has been with Freeman and Fuson since November of 2016. She is currently a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Lawyer’s Association for Women.
