Attorney Joseph (Joey) Fuson was admitted to practice in the state of Tennessee in 2006 and U.S. District Court in 2007 after several years in the legal profession.

Graduating from the University of Tennessee in 2000 and the Nashville School of Law in 2006, Mr. Fuson has dedicated most of his adult life to being a trial attorney and representing individuals who have been injured, charged with a crime, or going through family dispute.  His dedication to protecting individual’s rights is the foundation of Fuson Law, P.C., and now partnership with Freeman & Fuson, and will remain the focus of this Middle Tennessee law firm.

Mr. Fuson is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.
